For owners who'd rather build it than buy it built
You build your own client flow. Martin stands beside you while you do it.
Six months. One or two working pieces a month, on your own bookings, your own list, your own website, checked by someone who's built this before.
A month, in shape
Each month you take on one piece, sometimes two: how an enquiry reaches you, how it gets answered, how it's followed up, how a client hears from you again once the job's done. You build it on your own business, in your own words. Martin reviews it with you once a month and tells you what's working and what to fix before you move to the next piece.
The three numbers, watched together
Every review comes back to the same three: how many enquiries are coming in, how many of them become clients, and how many clients stay and come back. Six months in, you can read your own numbers and know what to do about them, on your own.
The work underneath the work
Most systems don't fail because the system was wrong. They fail because the owner quietly stopped using it. Coaching spends as much time on that as on the building: the mindset that keeps you doing the thing once the novelty's gone, month five as much as month one.
Who this is for
Owners who want to own what they build and be held to using it. If you'd rather Martin built it and ran it, that's a different rung on the same roadmap.
The plain version
- What a month looks like: one hour with Martin, a look at your three numbers, one or two pieces built on your own business, and a clear job for next month.
- What you need to bring: access to your own bookings, list and website, an hour a month, and the willingness to try it on your own business.
- How it starts: after a Client Flow Survey (£147, credited against anything you buy within six months, capped at what you spend). The Survey maps what gets built and in what order before the six months begin.
Questions owners ask before they apply.
What does Client Flow Coaching cost?
Coaching is by application, and the price is confirmed with you before anything starts. It isn't printed here because what you build over the six months is set by your Survey, and so is the plan you're held to.
Do I need a Survey first?
Yes. The Survey names what needs building and in what order, so the six months start with a plan rather than a guess. The £147 comes off Coaching if you go ahead within six months, capped at what you spend.
How much time does it take each month?
One hour with Martin, plus the time to build one or two pieces on your own business between sessions. Most of the building happens inside things you already use: your bookings, your list, your website.
How is this different from having it built for me?
In Coaching you build it and own every part of it. In a Build, Martin builds it and Serve keeps it running. Same roadmap, different amount of Martin's time, and you can move from one to the other.
What if I fall behind?
You say so at the next review and the plan adjusts. The monthly check exists to catch that early, not to mark you down. Keeping going once the novelty's gone is half of what the coaching is for.
